About our Providers

Heather Beyers, APRN, PMHNP-BC, WHNP obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lincoln Land Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Following this, she pursued Advanced Practice Registered Nursing degrees with a specialization in Women’s Health. She then undertook her post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
Heather is deeply committed to addressing mental health needs in smaller community settings. Her diverse education equips her to be a valuable resource for women, offering medication management support before, during, and after childbirth through advanced clinical study and expertise. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health services to individuals of all ages, aiming to create a caring, non-judgmental environment for discussing mental health concerns and reducing stigma. Heather eagerly anticipates the opportunity to serve the community with dedication and compassion. 

Julie Mason Jubb, PMHNP-BC, NP-C (Doctor of Nursing Practice, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) earned her Doctoral degree in Health Systems Leadership and a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She also received a Post- Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP through Northern Kentucky University.

Julie enjoys working with patients from childhood to the elderly and is passionate about mental health and wellness. As a clinician, she is focused on decreasing the stigma of mental health while proving a safe place for individuals to seek treatment. Prior to moving to the Kenai Peninsula, she is originally from Ohio and then lived in Montana. Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outside activities.
