Location: River Tower at Central Peninsula Hospital
Instructions: Please remember you must fast (no food or drink for 12 hours). There will be refreshments available following your labs to replenish!
Payment: You will pay for your lab tests at the health fair. You can pay via card, cash or check.
MyChart: If you do not have a Mychart account, you can create one by clicking on the button below. Your results will show up in your MyChart account usually the same day as the health fair. Otherwise, your lab results will be mailed to the address you provided on your form.
