Statement Guide

Patients who have visited Central Peninsula Hospital and CPH physician clinics have recently started receiivng a new combined statement. The bill is our new consolidated statement which reflects all of your healthcare visits at CPH locations using our new electronic health record system. 

Instead of receiving separate bills for each date of service from Central Peninsula Hospital and CPH physician clinics, the person responsible for paying the bill now receives one itemized billing statement.
