Dr. Ryan Saliga is thrilled to join the community and care for patients of all ages at Central Peninsula Family Practice|Pediatrics. Originally from Massachusetts, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and went on to earn his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, where he met his wife, Emily. They both completed their training at Waco Family Medicine Residency in Waco, Texas. Dr. Saliga chose family medicine to provide continuous, comprehensive care to families, supporting them in their journey to healthier lives.
After enduring the intense Texas heat, he and his wife decided to seek opportunities in Alaska. They wanted to settle in a rural community with access to outdoor activities, so the Kenai Peninsula was perfect! As an enthusiastic hiker and skier, Dr. Saliga is excited to explore the natural beauty of the Peninsula.
