Central Peninsula Hospital is excited to present Dine & Discuss, a community education series designed to offer valuable health insights from local medical professionals in a relaxed, engaging setting.

Attendees will enjoy a delicious dinner while learning from a featured Central Peninsula Hospital provider. Each session spotlights a different health topic and includes a Q&A session, providing ample opportunity to get answers from trusted experts. Upcoming topics will include heart health, diabetes management, joint pain and arthritis, sleep disorders, recognizing early signs of neurological conditions, mental health, and more.

The program will be held on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Denali Room at Central Peninsula Hospital.

Join Anna Boutwell, APRN & Crystal Allen, MPH, RN of Central Peninsula Diabetes Center present “Myth Busters: Diabetes Edition” debunking some of the most common myths about diabetes!  Our expert speakers will separate myth from truth, clarifying common misconceptions about diabetes and share practical tips for prevention, management, and healthy living.  Whether you’re living with diabetes, supporting someone who is, or simply curious, this session will leave you informed and empowered.
