Discounted Lab Tests: Chemistry / Hematology Profile – $40 (CMP, Lipid, CBC – no diff) Thyroid Screen (TSH) – $30 Vitamin D Total – $35 Hemoglobin A1C – $35 HCG (qualitative pregnancy test) – $30 *You must be 18 years or older to have blood work done. Remember to fast for 12 hours prior, unless you are diabetic, in which case you should eat. Continue taking medications as prescribed. Drink only water. Payment will be made at the health fair. You will be able to pay by cash, check or credit card. Insurance will not be taken at the Health Fair, but you are able to submit your receipts to insurance for reimbursement.
