Central Peninsula Surgical Associates provides high-quality general surgery services to the Central Peninsula community. We are currently accepting new patients. Please call (907) 714-4130 to schedule an appointment. We look forward to serving you.
What to Expect
In most cases, you will have an initial consultation before your procedure. During this visit, your surgeon will review your previous medical records, test results and/or X-rays. Additional tests may be ordered if needed. Your surgeon will then explain the procedure to you and answer any questions you may have. You will be provided with pre-surgery instructions, and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling your procedure.
Prior to your surgery, your surgeon will stop in to say hello and answer any last-minute questions you may have. They will also check on you after your surgery. A follow-up visit may be scheduled.
Once you are discharged from the hospital, you will be under your primary physician’s care. However, our involvement doesn’t end there — our registered nurse will call to see how you are doing and act as a liaison between your doctor and the hospital.
Preparation for Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with completed Patient Registration, Medical History, and Release of Information forms completed. These forms can be downloaded by clicking the icons below:

- Insurance card(s)
- Driver’s license (or government identification)
- List of current medications (including dosages)
- Records from health care provider, when applicable
- Patient Registration, Medical History and Records Release Forms (completed)
