One of the founders of Central Peninsula Internal Medicine, Dr. Kelley came to the Kenai Peninsula in 1991. Dr. Kelley completed his residency at University of California, San Francisco, followed by a year as chief resident at that institution. Dr. Kelley practiced in Redmond, Oregon and American Samoa before coming to Alaska. Dr. Kelley enjoys the broad reaches of internal medicine and has particular interests in cancer care and gastrointestinal endoscopy. He believes that there is nowhere better to live than the state of Alaska, and considers it a privilege to be able to practice medicine in a community that he loves.
