Bio
Fellowship trained and a board certified Medical Oncologist, joined Central Peninsula Oncology in July of 2017. Dr. Mullins received his undergraduate degree in 1987 from the University of Alabama where he also completed medical school. Dr. Mullins completed the Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1994 and went on to complete his Medical Oncology Fellowship training at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center. Dr. Mullins has been in community practice for twenty years, having started and managed a practice in South Carolina for 14 of those years. He has been part of two of the largest oncology practices in the country but has decided that a smaller community practice is really what he enjoys the most. Dr. Mullins and his wife relocated here and have expressed how very fortunate they feel to be able to live and practice on the Kenai Peninsula.
