Meet our Joint Center Program Coordinator


Madeline Gauthier, MSN

Maddy Gauthier is our Program Coordinator at CPH, where she helps patients navigate the process of having a joint replacement. She is knowledgeable about the preparation and care required for hip and knee replacement patients. She will be by your side every step of the way and will serve as your:

Advocate and resource for any questions or concerns
Coach for all aspects of joint replacement surgery and recovery
Communicator with your care team including surgeons, nurses, and rehabilitation teams
Navigator and supporter throughout your recovery process

Maddy is a lifelong Alaskan and lifetime member of the community served by Central Peninsula Hospital. She started her career at CPH in 2011 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2014.  Since then she has served CPH as medical/surgical nurse and a critical care nurse. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing Management and Leadership in 2017.
