What to Expect
In most cases, you will have an initial consultation with Dr. Romman to determine a diagnosis and course of treatment. During this visit, Dr. Romman will review your previous medical records, test results and/or X-rays. Additional tests may be ordered if needed. If surgery or a minor procedure is required, he will explain the procedure to you and answer any questions you may have. You will be provided with pre-surgery instructions, and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling your procedure.
Prior to your surgery, Dr. Romman will stop in to say hello and answer any last-minute questions you may have. He will also check on you after your surgery. A follow-up visit may be scheduled.
Once you are discharged from the hospital, you will be under your primary physician’s care. However, our involvement doesn’t end there — our registered nurse will call to see how you are doing and act as a liaison between your doctor and the hospital.
