Central Peninsula Hospital (CPH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Dammeyer, PhD, to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). His appointment will take effect on Monday, February 13th. The position of COO was vacated recently by Rick Davis, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CPH.
Dr. Dammeyer has most recently been practicing as a Senior Psychologist with Central Peninsula Behavioral Health since vacating the position of CPH Assistant Administrator a year ago. He will continue seeing patients part time until March, at which time he will dedicate himself full time to the position of COO. Prior to serving three years as CPH Assistant Administrator, Dammeyer served as the Director of Behavioral Health for five years and has been instrumental in the growth of the program.
“Dr. Dammeyer brings a unique combination of insight and experience to our leadership team,” CPH CEO Rick Davis explains, “and I believe his skills will be a great compliment to the rest of the executive team.”
