CPGH, Inc. is an eleven-member volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of professional, business, and community leaders who govern the hospital's operations. Board members must be at least 19 years old and a resident of the Central Kenai Peninsula Hospital Service Area ("Service Area") of the Kenai Peninsula Borough; except that one director may reside outside the service area.  Board Members are nominated and elected to three year terms. Please feel free to contact our office at 714-4721 for more information or with any questions or concerns about hospital operations or services.
 
Board meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month, at 4:30pm - 7:00pm in the Denali Conference Room at Central Peninsula Hospital.  Our meetings are open to the public.  If you are interested in making a presentation to the Board of Directors at a meeting, please contact the Board President to request to be added to the agenda.
