This is a daylong (8 hour) class that will provide learners with the tools to recognize and intervene verbally and/or behaviorally with people (patients/residents/ clients/ students/customers) who are demonstrating crisis behaviors from mild (anxiety) to wild (physical loss of control). This class is recommended for anyone who may come in contact with or be asked to assist with someone displaying crisis behaviors. Do you have to potentially deal with crisis behaviors?
