CPH Laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission and American Association of Blood Banks.  We offer a full menu of services to the community including testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, Serology, Urinalysis, Microbiology and Molecular Biology.  Our test menu is supported by the Mayo Medical Laboratories in Rochester, Minnesota.

Our staff is also certified in DOT collections, and are available 24/7 for this service.
