Central Peninsula Neurology is committed to serving the Kenai and Soldotna Peninsula communities with quality neurologic care. We are currently accepting new patients. You do not need a physician referral. Please call (907) 714-4090 with any questions or to schedule an appointment. We look forward to serving you.
Proud Planetree Designated Site
Planetree is an internationally recognized non-profit organization whose philosophy is based on a simple premise: care should be organized first and foremost around the needs of patients. The Planetree Designation Program is the only program to formally recognize excellence in patient- and person-centered care. It converts the aspirational aim of becoming more “patient-centered” into actionable, attainable and sustainable practices. To learn more about Planetree, please visit www.planetree.org.
What to Expect
When we welcome you for your first visit, you will be asked to complete paper work. Your current medications and medical history will be reviewed and you will receive an in-depth neurologic exam. We will conduct further diagnostic testing, such as an EMG or EEG, if needed.
Dr. Jessen will explain possible procedures and treatments. Together, we will determine the best treatment plan for you.
You will return for follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and adjust medications as needed.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
We ask new patients to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Billing and Insurance
Please bring your insurance card(s) with you to each appointment. All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances are due at the time of your visit. We are happy to assist you with any billing or insurance questions. Please call (907) 714-4090 for support.
