individuals, in conjunction with their health care professional,
monitor their health.” Offered during this fair will be:
depression screening, blood pressure screening, height / weight
screening, respiratory screening, carbon monoxide level screening,
and sleep evaluations. Also available at reduced costs will be
blood chemistry panel ($40), thyroid screening - TSH ($30) and
prostate screening - PSA ($25). Additional informational booths
will be set up featuring organ donation, the CPH Lifeline monitor
program, Heritage Place, smoking cessation and more.
