Labyrinth Walk

Dates:

February 14, 2006 5:30pm - 8:30pm, Kenai River Center
February 22, 2006 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Redoubt/Spur Room at CPGH

The labyrinth is a walking meditation path. Unlike a maze, the labyrinth has a path that begins at an entrance and ends in the center. People walk the two-way path and use the labyrinth as a tool for mind/body/soul wholeness including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. It is a good tool for reducing stress.

The labyrinth is open to the public. Feel free to come just to see the labyrinth or to walk.
