The labyrinth is a walking meditation path. Unlike a
maze, the labyrinth has a path that begins at an entrance and ends
in the center. People walk the two-way path and use the labyrinth as
a tool for mind/body/soul wholeness including physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual balance. It is a good tool for reducing
stress.
The labyrinth is open to the public. Feel free to
come just to see the labyrinth or to walk.
