CPGH provides 24 hour nursing care by a dedicated team of professional registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants who strive to provide excellent nursing care in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.

Also a part of the inpatient team are respiratory therapists, dietitians, speech, physical and occupational therapists, and social workers. Our medical staff consists of 38 physicians with the specialties of Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, ENT, Neurology, Ophthalmology, and Orthopedics represented. Physician’s assistants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives complement our medical care team. Our Inpatient team is committed to providing you and your family with the highest quality of health care.
  

Medical/Surgical Unit
The Medical/Surgical unit consists of 37 acute care beds, 8 of which can be converted to "swing beds" when the need arises. We are proud to provide care to our patients through the life span, from infants through adolescents, adults and the elderly. Our focus is on providing health care with excellence and compassion.

Intensive Care Unit
The Intensive Care Unit consists of 4 beds and 6 cardiac telemetry units. Each bed is equipped with state of the art Hewlett-Packard cardiac monitors. Our highly trained and dedicated staff of physicians, professional registered nurses and support staff will work closely as a team to provide care for the critically ill.

Obstetrics/Nursery
The dedicated maternity center physicians, midwives, and nurses are proud to offer you a variety of birthing options and provide you with the personal touch you need in this special time, the birth of your child. Our family-centered Obstetrics unit has four new, beautifully decorated rooms. Labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum (LDRP) take place in the same room. We do our very best to treat you like family and to make you as comfortable as possible. We recognize that each family has individual needs and desires concerning childbirth. For this reason we offer the pleasant surroundings of our LDRPs and the availability of state of the art technology and a professional nursing staff with advanced skills in the care of mothers and their newborns. We encourage your participation in our childbirth education classes. We invite you to tour our Obstetrics unit as you are planning your family or anytime before delivery.
