Congratulations to those of you who completed the 10,000 Steps walking program. We encourage all of you to take advantage of the many community-walking events this spring and summer. The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life is scheduled for June 3^rd and 4^th. If you would like to join a Relay for Life Team you may call Marcia Beauchamp at the hospital at 714-4760.

There are many beautiful trails in our area. Our walking events this year took us to Slikok Creek and the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. These are great places to walk in the summer along with the Tsalteshi Trails at Skyview High School. Dave Kenagy is looking for help to upgrade the Centennial Trail at the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge in July or August.
